Withdrawal & Cancellation

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason. To exercise it, send us a clear statement of that decision (Harun Samardzic, Kaiserschützenstraße 6/16, 5020 Salzburg, Austria; ). You may use the model form below; it is not obligatory. Sending the communication before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

2. Early start & loss of the right

Magictive Pro is a digital service supplied online. Under §18 FAGG the withdrawal right lapses early only if, at checkout, you (a) expressly consent that performance begins before the 14-day period expires and (b) acknowledge that you thereby lose the withdrawal right on full performance, and we then confirm the contract and these declarations on a durable medium (email). Until you give both declarations the withdrawal right remains and you owe nothing for access already provided. If you withdraw after an early start you requested, you owe a proportionate amount for the period provided; we refund the rest within 14 days using your original means of payment, at no cost to you.

4. Cancelling a subscription

Separately from the statutory withdrawal right, you can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal; Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and future renewals stop. Your statutory warranty rights (Gewährleistung) remain unaffected.
